Six Step Process.

  • 1. ASSESS

    After a site visit, and further due diligence, our team will assess the feasibility of your land, and draw a draft sketch of the proposed house/s. At NO cost to you.

  • 2. ANALYSE

    The team will now analyse local land/house values and build costs. We want to maximise the value of your site. We will then make an offer to you. 

  • 3. AGREE

    Once offer is accepted, solicitors will be instructed, searches conducted, and all parties will sign into an agreement. We will cover ALL costs. 

  • 4. APPLY

    We will submit the Planning Application within 4 months of legal documents being signed. We will cover ALL costs. 

  • 5. ADVANCED

    The site will be marketed to our network of developers with planning permission granted.

  • 6. ACCOMPLISH

    At the final stage the land is sold to the buyer, and all agreed monies are transferred.
